City hall issue still persists #5902

Describe the bug When i go to the city hall government portal the screen is just all white and i cant click on anything

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. I drive to city hall
  2. I walk up to government portal
  3. The government portal is just all white
  4. Cant click on anything
  5. Rejoin and try again dosent work

Additional context It works for some other people and for some it dosent work, i was in a support vc with a helper and we tried everything we could, i even cleared my cache and it still wont work.
