Describe the bug
When respawning you have a chance to get what we call the Hospital Glitch, this happens when you press R to respawn. You will not receive the animation of walking out of the front doors and will be flung forward. Smacking you into a wall etc. killing you and giving you no timer and no way to respawn (reconnecting will give you the timer back but then you will actually be dead and not in this limbo style thing). Please NOTE: This does NOT occur all the time, but is still a big issue rn.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
Die (in water perhaps or fall under the map when you press R to respawn, honestly unsure on how to fully re-create this)
