Constant crashing and Failure to load into city #608

Describe the bug So the past couple weeks I've been having a lot of issues loading into the city and my usual steps to fix it would be to:

  1. Clear Cache
  2. Restart Steam
  3. Restart Computer

and if non of those work then I usually call it a day

Sometimes I'm able to load in and I get stuck in the overview due to the help menu failing to load. To Fix that I have to: 1.Press F8

  1. Type help
  2. Hit Enter

Then I can load into the city

But today I can't even get past the loading screen without timing out. I finally was able to get a log dump of what's going on and I've attached that below. Seems like a lot of undefined errors. Not sure where they are coming from.

Anyway, I just want to get back to playing the game like I used to. if anyone has some tips or things that I might be doing wrong please let me know because I'm tired of this being a daily occurrence

Couldn't query ShadowPlay status from NvNode, bailing out. Global Error: Timed out

Shadowplay related maybe? Firewall potentially or something like that - not something that is a server related issue, more a client issue sorry.

Hmmm. I’ll double check my settings. I’ve never used shadowplay but I’ll double check it’s disabled
