Not really a bug, or anything that creates issue for the server.
When in the tattoo shop there are duplicated options. One will have the tattoo visible on the body, and one will not. Both will charge you.
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
Enter tattoo shop
Scroll through menue
Notice some tattoo options dont show up on skin, but then there is an option that also has the tattoo
Example in Photos.
1st photo "Greed is Good" does not show on skin
2nd photo "Greed is Good" shows up on skin
