Lockpick Minigame still being bugged #6270

Describe the bug

When you attempt to lockpick a vehicle the key prompts on the bottom right of the screen appear, but not the tumbler/lockpick UI. You have to Use a lockpick, spam escape to back out of it, and then Use a lockpick a second time for it to finally work.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Attempt to Lockpick a Vehicle
