Legion Garage Instance Issue #6281

Describe the bug Vehicles parked at legion will be instanced and u have no way of using ur vehicles, unless ur lucky and it spawns without being instanced. This seems to be the only garage which does this

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour: 1.Park in legion

  1. Wait a few seconds
  2. Pull car out
  3. Gets put away due to instance
  4. Still lose ur money

Resolved, somewhat. You'll now not be able to retrieve the vehicle if we know it's going to come out instanced.

I've noticed this extends to personal garages too. I'm not sure if there's something different with the way the Legion garage and personal garages are set up compared to the rest of the public garages but I never seem to get it anywhere else so it seems specific to these?

I've been stood at my personal garage for almost 20 minutes now trying to get my car and nothing I do seems to be changing that.
