Lotto Still Only Paying Out Winnings for 2 Tickets #6365

What happened?

After winning numbers draw only 2 of the 15 tickets are deemed as winners and is what the player is paid out for.

Expected result

All 15 tickets should have been accounted for towards the money collected from winning.

Reproduction steps

  1. Purchase lottery tickets
  2. Win on more than 2 tickets
  3. Only get paid for 2 ticket

Additional information

Importance of this I would say is medium, but for those losing possibly hundreds of thoughts if not millions of dollars it could be a high priority.

6347 is still open, any reason we need a second ticket for the same issue?

That's my bad TBH... I think when I read "CLOSED" on the prior ticket I thought the lotto issue was resolved and then on the https://github.com/Jarrrk/HighLife/issues/6347 ticket I saw "COMPLETED" so I again thought it was fixed. My apologies, this ticket is a dupe and can just be closed.
