White Square over Faces Bug #6415

What happened?

When I press the escape key I occasionally have a white square that cover's peoples faces. I have a clip that shows this. I have a full clip of this happening as well but it is too long to attach. I can provide this full video on discord if you want this. This is a short 3 second clip below.

Once I leave the ESC menu the squares go away.

Expected result

I should just see the normal faces not a glitch looking square.

Reproduction steps

  1. Press ESC.
  2. White squares appear on some faces randomly.
  3. Close ESC Menu.
  4. White squares go away.

Do you have any graphics mods installed?

No graphics mods, not even the highlife graphics pack.
