F1 recording causing crashes outside of SSPD #6519

What happened?

When attempting to record with the F1 record option, if you are around the front of SSPD, it causes your game to crash consistently

Expected result

Not crashing

Reproduction steps

  1. Be outside SSPD in the front (doesnt have the be the parking lot - can be on the road)
  2. Use F1 record option
  3. Game Crashes after a few seconds

Also forgot to add, I am successfully able to record while inside SSPD, and also behind it in the emergency vehicle parking lot.
