What happened?

In-city CAD not showing showing correct details or registering clocked on. Name shows Unknown Unknown.

This is happening for me twice in two days, and since had another person (Haz) report same issue.

Can't see any problem with WL on Website.

Expected result

Show correct names and sync with clock in.

Reproduction steps

Persistent of both myself and Haz. Relog doesn't change anything. CAD in browser works fine though.

A SWAT request was created 03/05 with related issues. image

in addition to above, found a fix for me personally. As I have another profile such as BSCO, I can switch and switch back and I appear online. However, people without that option would not be able to use this getaround.
