What happened?

Yesterday, May 12, 2024 (US Pacific), I was taxed twice for 4497 Greenwich Pkwy, Los Santos Airport.

Then this morning, I was taxed twice for 3385 Greenwich Pkwy, Los Santos Airport.

Expected result

I should've only been taxed once for each property per day.

To narrow this down some, I believe people started noticing this after the leap day and/or during an expected restart. I remember someone stating something about this on discord.
