Gun Application #6535

What happened?

I took the test for the gun application. Waited 24hrs, came back to check.. clicked "check status". Told me I failed. I clicked portal home to retake the test... Clicked on gun application.. brings me back to "application process" screen again.. Go to portal home to try to take the test again and same thing just keeps happening. Been going for 6 days now.

Expected result

Should of just let me retake the test again.

Reproduction steps

Tried restarting. Waited days to try test again.
