Lottery Broken #6536

What happened?

Tried submitting tickets for this weeks lottery. Says it wont let me submit more than 15. Last submission was 8 days ago

Expected result

Tickets should have been submitted.

Reproduction steps

  1. Buy ticket from store
  2. Enter numbers and submit
  3. Get told youve already submitted 15 tickets.
