car explosions causing false flag bans for exploiting #6543

What happened?

earlier my friend was driving and accidentally hit an explosive tank, my other friend in the car died as a result, and the driving friend was banned for exploiting. Just now, me and my other friend were cooking meth and the RV exploded, he was banned for exploiting too there seems to be an issue with car explosions causing the anticheat to ban the driver if someone dies or possibly just from the explosion itself.

Expected result

death but no ban
