Rain doesn't work with QuantV #6552

What happened?

I recently noticed that rain doesn't work in Highlife when having the QuantV + ENB graphics mod pack installed. The weather becomes darker and there aren't as much NPCs on the streets but no raindrops. It is a realistic graphics pack that of course has rain. I only have this issue with Highlife as other FiveM servers seem to be working just fine. I have asked other people as well and they told me that they have the same issue.

Expected result

Rain should appear

Reproduction steps

  1. Install QuantV graphics pack into FiveM application data mods and plugins folder.
  2. Install QuantV's ENB with OpenIV.
  3. Launch Highlife and when it's supposed to rain it doesn't.

Low

Additional information

If it's not you guys can't find a solution should I change my graphics pack to something else?

Simple solution: uninstall it.

Alright so keeping it would get me in trouble because it would be classified as a visual mod that's not allowed?
