Property FPS issues #6555

What happened?

When inside of a property such as (Maze Bank Office & Two Story House) my FPS will slowly decline until its down to 20 or less the longer i am in the property.

Expected result

My FPS should stay the same or be better inside a propetry

Reproduction steps

  1. Entered each type of property
  2. Stood still to see the rate and amount that the FPS declined at.

Importancy

High

Additional information

Maze_Bank_Office - (90FPS to 24FPS in 7 minutes) standing completely still Two Story House - (105FPS to 21 FPS in 7 minutes) standing completely still

This issue is not based on PC specs as i do have a decent PC.
