Painkillers don't heal while driving #6560

What happened?

I was driving and slightly hurt. So I took a painkiller. It didn't help, so I took another one, didn't help. After that, I spam took painkillers and nothing helped.

Expected result

Painkillers should heal me even while driving

Reproduction steps

  1. Get hurt.
  2. Drive a car.
  3. Take a painkiller.
  4. Doesn't do anything

This has been fixed, though changes have not been pushed.
