Name Changes not working #6580

What happened?

Name changes currently aren't working after the rewrite. It tells you that their named has been changed, but when they show their ID, it isn't changed. No F8 log or anything.

Expected result

Their name should be changed

Reproduction steps

  1. Change someone's name
  2. Doesn't work

Pretty sure that's always been a thing, heard about this the other week but no one submitted here.

I'll take a look as I can see the underlying function is fine.

Worked yesterday, probably something related with the rewrite

The issue you may have heard about is that their ID (when you use the Check ID feature) isn't updated. The only way to see the new name is when they show it.

Fixes after a relog.
