RGB Tire Smokes are not functioning as intended #6584

What happened?

Upon changing the RGB codes within the Tire Smokes menu it still does not change the smoke.

Expected result

For the tire smoke to change colors

Reproduction steps

  1. Clock In Mechanic
  2. Open Paint Menu
  3. Attempt to change Tire Smoke RGB
  4. Fail to change colors
