character model #6588

What happened?

after creating character, he is stuck as just a head and a small "unavailable graphic" as his body, his body wont ever load in, any fix? other people can see body but i cant

Expected result

a whole body appears

Reproduction steps

  1. created character
  2. pressed start
  3. invisible body on my screen
