unable to load into server #6595

What happened?

when going to load into the server, i get frozen on the screen of "loading add-on data files" with 100% load bar.

the game does not load and remains this way for as long as i leave it.

Expected result

game should load? idk, im not a mod maker here, im pretty new

Reproduction steps

i dont know how to replicate it but i clicked connect to server, and it never loaded.

id just like to find a solution. i had this issue yesterday when i first joined the server but it got progressively worse and i cannot find any answers anywhere to help.

i tried mentioning in the Discord but no answers as everyone was having other conversations.

i should add, this appears to be the only server i have this issue with, i loaded 3 others to try and see if i could replicate it with anyone else and they all loaded with zero issues, i dont have enough evidence to support if it's a server-side issue or a local one but other RP servers loaded with no problem.

Submit a log file for the session that encountered the issue and tag me in support, I'll have a look.

i didnt have a log file, no one has shown me how to get one. im brand new to all this stuff and idk where to even start. im gonna have to wait for the queue to empty out again to try and see if it is fixed.

nevermind, keep it closed. i dont have the money for whitelist and i guess i chose the wrong server to join.

You do, every log file is stored within the FiveM application data, you can find instructions on where to find this via Google.
