PD Lights / Sirens Change when using the radio #6597

What happened?

Sirens on vehicles (when lights are on) will now turn on and off when utilizing the radio. It used to be a single press to turn the sirens on and off. While if you long pressed, you'd use the radio without the sirens turning on or off.

In sense, sirens arent recognizing the difference between a long press and a short press.

Expected result

Sirens dont turn on/off, and radio can be used.

Reproduction steps

  1. Use a PD vehicle
  2. Have your emergency lights on
  3. Attempt to use radio by holding the button (in my case, left alt button)
  4. Sirens will then toggle on or off

Importancy

Slight inconvenience

Additional information

Not sure what changed but for my year in HL, the sirens never did this while using the radio until recently. Attached is a video.
