Underglow option is currently unavailable for mechanics #6599

What happened?

Since the new mechanic F5 menu rework the underglow option has disappeared from our system. We cant even remove it from peoples cars.

Expected result

For underglow to be available for the cosmetics rank which I believe is (2)

Reproduction steps

  1. Clock in as a cosmetics rank
  2. Check F5 menu
  3. See that there is no underglow option

Not a bug, it's a known missing feature.
