Property Taxes not coming out #6602

What happened?

The last time property tax has been taken out for my properties was 11 days ago, and it seems other people are having the same issue.

Expected result

Property tax should come out every 24 hours

Reproduction steps

  1. Buy property
  2. Wait 24 hours for property tax to come out
  3. Tax does not come out as expected
