Meth quality indicator bar is bugged and has been since it's inception into Highlife. It does not function correctly every single time. The meter will display "white" or "cloudy" but yield something different.
Expected result
Meth quality meter should progress with the cook from "terrible" to "white" to "cloudy" to "clear".
