What happened?

Locals have a chance to randomly aggro whilst player is processing wood. this causes every local in the area to begin shooting at you for absolutely no reason.

Expected result

Locals Dont Agro

Reproduction steps

  1. begin process of cutting logs into planks while stood on vehicle (almost afk).
  2. wait patiently for the random chance to aggro every local in the area

Additional information

this doesnt happen every time however it still has a chance to happen. number of players at the scene makes no difference unless someone intentionally aggro's a local.

Not really a bug but I've stopped them from hassling players in the area.
