CCTV makes vehicle tracker disappear #6607

What happened?

Use new CCTV system -> tracker of service vehicle disappears.

Expected result

For vehicle tracker to persist

Reproduction steps

  1. Clock into BCSO/LSPD.
  2. Use CCTV.
  3. Open any camera that's more than half a mile-ish away.
  4. Close CCTV
  5. Vehicle tracker gone

Yeah, this most likely will not get fixed for a while until the modular job system that all the old jobs use get a big update similar to new GoPostal/G6 stuff.
