Apartment wont lock #6609

What happened?

everytime i lock my apartment and i fly out it unlocks to the public so when i refly in i have to lock my apartment. i thought i was tired and forgot and lost money but my apartment does not lock

Expected result

locked apartment

Reproduction steps

  1. locked apartment 2. fly out 3. refly in 4. open apartment and says unlocked

As stated in another ticket, D8 should replace the property and see if that resolves the issue, cannot reproduce on dev and can't see any specific issues reported on the server.
