What happened?

When doing a base jump I'd you manage to fail(by going splat on the ground) the parachute remains in your inventory when returning to retry you will not get a fresh parachute because either you can't hold one or you already technically have one but you can't pull your chute causing you to fall ro your death

Expected result

Parachute works or it gives you a new parachute when reteying after being hospitalized

Reproduction steps

Base jump Fail by falling to death Revive at hospital Try base jump again Left click doesn't pull shoot(nor one on your back) Hospital again

Additional information

Possible fix is making the parachute be taken away when hospitalized or somehow making the parachute force resupply/replenish when doing base jump after a failure, only fix is making sure to drop parachute everytime you get out of ICU

I have attempted to fix this, this may be fixed, who knows!
