Unable to start Vangelico heist if arrived before closing times #6617

What happened?

When crims arrive to Vangelico before 10PM in-city time the doors are still unlocked. After 10PM hits, the doors don't lock. That means the crims are unable to rob the place. I assume this is some sort of desync.

Workaround was everyone leaving the area and then coming back to the store. Crims were able to start the robbery then.

Expected result

As 10PM hits, the door should lock and the crims should get the necessary prompt.

Reproduction steps

  1. Bring your crew down to Vangelico at 9:45PM city time
  2. Wait until 10PM
  3. Attempt to rob vangelico - however doors are still unlocked

i can confirm this happened with me too, before 3 days

This is intended behavior.

We cannot lock the doors when others are around as this would allow people to be inside the building, I can decrease the distance check to see if this helps the issue.
