Suggestions - Joined Date

What happened?

When editing your profile on the suggestions, the option to show joined date is available. However, when you check the box, save changes, click into a post, and hover over your profile it does not appear. If you back out of the post and view profile options again the "Joined Date" has unchecked itself.

Expected result

Joined Date show on profile and stay checked in settings

Reproduction steps

1. Go to the suggestions site
2. Click on the profile settings for suggestions
3. Enable the "Joined Date" option
4. Save Changes
5. Open a Post
6. Hover over own profile
7. See error one, Joined Date not shown
8. Go Back to suggestions
9. Open Profile Settings
10. See error 2, Joined Date not selected.

This doesn't appear to be an issue with other badge assigned to the profile as even assigning just the Joined Date badge and no other badges, the Joined Date option is still reset

Also, sorry, I know I've reported 2 things back to back on the suggestion thing, I promise I'm not trying to break shit on purpose.... Or am I?

This and #6624 is probably a Kissane thing, I won't tag him though just in case it isn't, also scared to.

We have purposely disabled this, forgot to disable the tag. Have disabled it now.
