Suggestions cooldown don't appear to be working properly. Says to allow 20 minutes before posting again, even after several hours since my last post. Even after attempting the check again button.
Possibly a Kissane issue, I'll refrain from tagging Kissane in case it isn't.
EDIT: I should add it does not seem to be a session issue either. I have attempted logging in on another computer entirely and it displays the same issue, additionally, I'm not getting logged out if I go to my dashboard or refresh the page.
