Unreasonable Furniture Pricing #6643

What happened?

Some Furniture is priced extremely unrealistically. I'll include pricing along with what I find to be a fair price. this post is probably going to look insane. Not even sure if you needed as much detail as I gave but I tried. I kind of gave up after a certain point lol

Furniture that needs adjusting

  1. prop_hobo_stove_01 is $92,422, Suggested Price: $75 also has a VERY large hitbox, item is just a small oil barrell with a fire in it
  2. Prop_homeles_shelter_01 is $6,779 Suggested Price: $30 literally a pile of trash made into a hut
  3. Prop_homeles_shelter_02 is $10,065 Suggested Price: $30 literally a pile of trash made into a hut
  4. xs_prop_arena_podium_01a is $5,415 Suggested Price: $550, kind of cheaply built podium
  5. xs_prop_arena_podium_01a is $20,542 suggested price: $600, cheaply built podium
  6. prop_huge_display_02 is $19,702 suggest price $150, seems like it's supposed to be a screen however it does not have youtube functions so it serves little to no purpose
  7. v_res_msoncabinet is $14,265 suggested price $2,500 big entertainment center but does not include tv, over priced compared to the other full set media center and tv combos
  8. prop_warehseshlef02 is 129,247, suggested price 4,500, warehouse shelf, not sure why its so expensive
  9. xm3_prop_xm3_whshelf_03a is 39k same thing as the last one 10 prop_studio_light_03 is $7,245 suggested price: 3,500 to match other studio lights 11 prop_beach_parasol_02 is 6,952 suggested price $50 just a beach umbrella. 12 prop_ld_greenscreen_01 is $56k suggested price $5000 large greenscreen, can see the appeal just not a 56k appeal 13 prop_skid_tent_01 is $10,875 suggested price $300, just a tent 14 prop_skid_tent_01b is $5,737 suggested price $300, just a tent
  10. prop_skid_tent_03 is $11,422 suggested price $300, just a tent
  11. prop_skid_tent_cloth is $5,070 suggested price $300, just a tent
  12. tr_prop_tr_boat_wreck_01a is $3,465 suggested price $150, wrecked boat, would be a cool decor piece though
  13. Good Chunk of plants are expensive, not listing them all, too many

Unsure on these bkr_prop_printmachine_6rollerp_st is 28,912 gr_prop_gr_cnc_01c is 19,200 bkr_prop_weed_lrg_01a is 375k bkr_prop_weed_lrg_01b is 375k bkr_prop_weed_med_01b is $93,750 not sure on fair prices for these last 3 they might have a reason to be so expensive not sure if they actually produce anything or not? They are illegal related items so im guessing thats why, don't know much about these props and what they do and dont do

Would people even really need these? he_prop_bank_ornatelamp is 19,297, idk what to recommend for this, it's legit a fuckhuge ass light fixture. ch_prop_ch_gazebo_01 $85k comically large outdoor tent Honestly a lot of outdoor umbrellas are upwards of $5,000, not gonna list them all as theres like 20
