Bought a single story house off a player yesterday for 300K, first tax on the house was $5142 (Higher than mansions that cost even more than the property's retail value.) And when I flew in today, I was charged twice for $7713 on the same property.
Expected result
Should be getting a much lower tax, and not a double.
