What happened?

Flew in, entered my crew leaders apartment, received a ban for 'exploits'. Was in for approximately 2 minutes and do not use exploits or seek to exploit this game/any game. Also, gun license has been broken and never resolved after multiple tickets. Silver ticket holder, considering just cancelling that and leaving server all together. Staff is not helpful.

Expected result

These bugs need fixed, you will drive good rp players away with these issues.

Reproduction steps

  1. Wrongful ban
  2. Gun license broken
  3. Cancel subscription
  4. Leave fivem server

Additional information

Good experience in the city with RP, very fun server. Staff has been little to no help at all. Opening a ban appeal ticket is the closest I've had to resolving this issue. Gun license still broken despite multiple tickets. Have never been able to speak to staff after being in waiting room on/off about 4 days in a row. I've played several rp servers and I understand staff are busy, but this is the least help I've ever received despite multiple major bugs. Very disappointed.

How is this misuse? This is an issue, I can't be the only one who was wrongfully banned. I do not use exploits. I obey RP. How is being wrongfully banned and reporting it to issues "misuse"?

For a start there's not reproduction of the specific issue you're referring to.

You're also including comments to unrelated issues, or just in general anything else you're unhappy with, so yes, this is misuse of the platform.

Use the ticket system like everyone else have patience.

I'm trying to have patience. But when you haven't done anything wrong and you wait for things to be resolved you can only have so much patience. I've been in admin/mod shoes before. I understand that you guys are busy. I'm unsure how often anti cheat software accidentally bans ppl, but this makes ppl not want to deal with this issue and just leave the server.
