What happened?

I run a gang, and around 4 hours ago, I purchased the Rifle Specialist Group Speciality, and I have yet to receive coordinates from an NPC, so I've just wasted 50 rep basically.

Expected result

Should've been sent the coordinates from an NPC.

Reproduction steps

  1. I purchased the group speciality Rifle Specialist
  2. It took 50 rep, and has the checkmark when I look at the group speciality.
  3. I haven't been sent the coordinates even though I run the gang.

Additional information

Bit annoyed as it is my first time, and I'm lucky I know that I should've been sent coordinates, otherwise I'd still be waiting now.
