Current Cad Issues:
Cannot access some options such as arrest reports, searching plates/people on ur first load of the tsunami. You have to open the cad and relog
SWAT/DOA Show in the CAD when clocked into that respective domain.
Your account will show as Undefined/Undefined if u do not have another character who uses the CAD
Dates for vehicle searches are incorrect (see post further up for in depth info)
Expected result
^all of these changes to work. E.g. Access CAD without issues, SWAT/DOA not visable, Your name and callsign showing, correct vehicle date

Relog to fix (doesnt fix the SWAT/DOA or vehicle searching issues)
