#live-name-changes in DOJ Discord not functioning #6685

What happened?

The #live-name-changes channel in discord under the Department of Justice section stopped functioning about a month ago. We have continued using our own internal form to keep up with the data but it would be nice to have this up and running to cross-check. I spoke with Scotteh a while ago about it when we were investigating some name change issues but thought I'd bring it up here to have it looked at.

Expected result

This discord channel should update as name changes are performed via the F5 menu

Reproduction steps

  1. Change someone's name in city
  2. Log does not show up in the listed channel

Attempted a fix, retry after changes are made.
