Certian BCSO Stores Being Robbed with only 1 Active Unit

What happened?

I have noticed a few times now that stores in Grapeseed can be robbed with only 1 active unit, whereas every other store in the county requires 2 active units to be able to rob it.

Expected result

They shouldn't be able to rob the store as not enough active units.

Reproduction steps

  1. Was patrolling the county when I noticed a store get robbed in Grapeseed.
  2. Checked the active calls and noticed that I was the only active unit. image

Stores only require one unit now to be hit
