Entire screen underlaps with USB SSO key robbery #6691

What happened?

I hit the USB SSO key and had this hack underlapping the K menus, garage menus, clothing menus, etc. You can replicate it by hitting the SSO key and pressing K a few seconds after. If it doesn't occur, it might be because the player was connected to the server which may have caused it to more often bug than not. (I could be wrong about that)

Expected result

Hit the USB robbery and not have the background appear whilst accessing menus.

Reproduction steps

  1. Hit a USB SSO key robbery
  2. Successfully complete robbery
  3. Press K a few seconds after the robbery was finished
  4. See bug

Additional information

This menu underlapping phenomena also rarely occurs at the Diamond Casino with the Inside Track being the screen that underlaps the menus. It's completely nonfunctional, but the Inside Track GUI and sprites with the correlating information about the time before the race starts, etc. Displays in the casino when accessing the K menu. Again, this is difficult to replicate for some people and might have to do with staying in the server for a few hours which causes it to randomly occur. It has occurred to me twice, and my friend Avirsa twice.
