weird problem #6694

What happened?

every time i play in city for about 30 to one hour people and cars start disappearing and appearing at the same time and i cant hear them when this happens and the only way i know of how to fix it for a small time is to restart the game and there is a clip im not sure if its gonna help to explain what i said in here

im not sure but i want to fix that problem

Reproduction steps

1:first step i tried to change my graphics from high to normal 2:i tried to change the extended texture budget it did not work 3: and not only that at first i thought its the pc so i got a new one and still have the problem

Submit a ticket on the website if this issue continues, likely a routing problem with your ISP that can be fixed with cloudflare one.
