I am still being taxed higher than I should be on all of my properties. Most noticeably my mansion at 4105 Whispymound DR, Vinewood Hills, Los Santos. Since the tax increase, I went to D8 and asked what my new taxes should be on that property. An agent advised it would be going up from $4,714 to $6,285 which is still manageable. However, I am still being charged $12,570 on most days for it. And today August 6, 2024) I was taxed $18,885. I submitted compensation once but was told compensation was being denied since taxes were off while the tax issue was being fixed. As a civ with no whitelist job, unexpectedly getting overcharged such a high amount daily could potentially kill the life I've built this season. I am also having a hard time getting that property posted for sale. I went to D8 4 days ago and they still haven't posted it in listings. I understand the compensation won't be honored. I'm more worried about the tax still being so high and D8 not listing it for sale. As it stands, the only other way to get rid of it is to go negative in my bank account for 7 days. But I would lose my other properties as well. If there were another solution to sell that property back to the city and take a loss on what I spent for it similar to how local selling vehicles is done I would gladly do it. As of now I am stuck with it.
