What happened?

I drove to city hall a day or two after applying for a gun license and upon arrival and interaction with the government portal it shows nothing but a blank white screen for multiple days now

Expected result

Some kind of text should have appeared informing me the status of my gun license/normal gov portal behavior

Reproduction steps

1. Go to city hall
2. Interact with government portal
3. receive blank white screen preventing playability
