"someone is already in property storage" Bug making storage inaccessible. #6872

What happened?

"someone is already in property storage" Orange writing text on the left hand side of the screen, blocking your access to your own warehouse storage. Also blocking others from accessing your storage. It appears to be at random and happens across all of your Warehouses. Once you have the error or issue you will need to take a flight.

Expected result

The storage should open and close when requested.

Reproduction steps

1/ Using the warehouse for cooking and storing. 2/ Breaking up ingredients and moving stuff in and out 3/ trying to access the inventory or storage and denied access with message that someone is already accessing the storage (which is not true) 4/ tried using another warehouse and getting the same error message 5/ trying an owned house and it works fine 6/ trying to drive away and come back to see if it fixed and it didn't 7/ waited around an hour and didn't fix it 8/ Popped my head and it fixed upon flying back in (all warehouses were fixed by doing this)

Note: I am unsure of what may trigger this and dont believe i have found anything that triggers it more or less. I dont believe there is a work around fix and believe the only way i have been able to fix it is flying out and back in. At first i assumed it was only the warehouses that have been turned into labs or weed lockups but i now know that it is all warehouse storages. It also blocks access to anyone else trying to enter your storage until the OWNER will fly out and back in. I am unsure of what may trigger this and don't believe I have found anything that triggers it more or less.

Note: Also I made the comment about the warehouse being Scuffy. I apologise for the bad terminology. I meant the fact that I'm Australian, so ping related issues cant be fixed Id just written the report really badly I apologise.
