Casino Horse-Race displaying when playing other games at the casino #6975

What happened?

Being out in the city then heading to the casino causes the horce-racing menu to be randomly displayed on your screen

Expected result

For this menu to not pop up

Reproduction steps

  1. Walk into the casino
  2. Open inventory
  3. walk up to a game, (Blackjack in this instance)
  4. Be met with a horse-racing game, You must relog to actually use casino tables.
