Cell Phone Menu not opening #7099

What happened?

When I press Y my phone does not come up but the cursor is there.

Expected result

Phone menu should come up.

Reproduction steps

If done these steps:

Close FiveM Right click your FiveM shortcut Open file location Open FiveM App Data Open Data Delete nui-storage

I've also reinstalled FiveM, GTA, and have Fix UI large at high GPU checked under NUI in-process GPU in the FiveM menu.

Marked as high as a phone is a somewhat critical part of gameplay, from taking and giving orders, calling services, and etc.

Lottery and scratch-off cards are not opening a menu either.

Also can't enter passwords for apartments.
