"Someone else is cracking the door" #782

Describe the bug Sometimes when you try to hit a bank it doesn't let you and it says "Someone else is cracking the door."

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to the bank you want to hit
  2. Hit 'E' when it says "Click "e" to crack"
  3. 1st it will say "Not enough troopers and clocked on, then when you try it again it says "Someone else is cracking the door" and it doesn't go away even if you try a different bank.

Expected Behaviour Being able to crack the device and to collect the money.

This has happened twice now. I believe there it begins when there are not enough cops on. We saw that there were 4 in dispatch without seeing that 2 of them were cadets. The first initial time we try, it says that 'there are not enough troopers online' which would then completely bug the system until the next tsunami.

Something that can probably help initially is changing the colors in game that show the amount of cops on. If there is one cop its red, if there are two cops its yellow, if there are three its green or something along those lines that way its tougher to make this mistake.
