Snipers spawn with 0 rounds #817

Describe the bug Taking a sniper out gives you 0 rounds

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to PD
  2. Clock on
  3. Take a sniper
  4. Comes out with 0 rounds

Expected Behaviour Take a sniper and have rounds
