Now that Horizon is actually a well-functioning program, it's time to update the README to properly reflect Horizon's features. Rewrite the README.md based on the GitHub guidelines: https://docs.github.com/en/github/creating-cloning-and-archiving-repositories/about-readmes

Also change GitHut to GitHub (typo) in the readme.
