Still problem with lost of cursor bar in file browser. #269

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open emulator thru channel or with HBC
2. List more than 200 files and begin scrolling down
3. Suddenly cursor fully dissapears and doesn't come back if still 
scrolling in one direction
4. Change scrolling direction the opossite way and cursor bar reappears 
but going again to the original direction makes the bar dissapear again.

Note: All this while working with CLASSIC CONTROLLER

What version are you using? On GameCube or Wii?
Latest and is working in Wii

Are you using the official build (from the downloads page or auto-update)?
Yes.

Please provide any additional information below.
The error happens in all emulators SNES9X, FCEU and VBA, I'm thinking 
there is a problem with the refresh rate of the browsing while using the 
Classic Controller or Wiimote Keys, doesn't happen if using the Wiimote IR 
Pointer.
